FinOrbits provides financial education products including job simulations, sector intelligence reports, AI toolkits, and hosts finance competitions. Products are currently in development and availability is subject to launch timelines.
3. Waitlist and Pre-Launch
Joining the FinOrbits waitlist does not guarantee access to any product, service, or pricing tier. We reserve the right to modify, delay, or cancel product launches at any time. Waitlist members will be notified of significant changes.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on finorbits.com — including text, designs, graphics, logos, and product descriptions — is the intellectual property of FinOrbits and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
5. Championship and Competitions
Participation in FinOrbits competitions is subject to additional competition-specific rules published at the time of registration. By participating, you:
- Confirm eligibility as per competition rules
- Agree that FinOrbits decisions regarding scoring and prizes are final
- Grant FinOrbits the right to publish your name and score on public leaderboards
- Confirm that all submitted work is your own
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
- Reproduce, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without permission
